Sam's Senior Spotlight:  A journey Through Passion and Grit!

This senior session was all about capturing the story of a young man who embodies many talents, determination and a lifelong love for baseball.  

We started with relaxed casual portraits, which Sam knocked out of the 'ball park' and then we progressed to the water where Sam got in his kayak and made a few rounds back and forth while we shot from the pier with out long-throw reflector.  My assistant did an amazing job for her first shoot assisting me!

Next came a dramatic shift with his sleek sports car.  We created striking images that felt cinematic!  But at the heart of his story is baseball- the sport that has shaped him from childhood.  We captured the intensity and focus in the weight room where grit and discipline take center stage.  The lighting was edgy to showcase the environment.  

From the beginning to the end of this session, we hope we told a story of a senior who is ready to take on the next chapter of his life with the same fire thats fueled him for years!

Its hard to believe we are quickly 'Marching' out of February and into March!  The boys have been taking center stage since January, but we have a change of tides coming in the next couple weeks!  The senior girls sessions are going to be rolling in so be sure to check back for their story!
