We hit the wildflower jackpot for this session that was a tribute to saying hello to LSU and goodbye to high school years! Whenever I get a text from Kylie and Brittany, I always know they have an idea brewing and I know without a doubt its gonna be fabulous! I love listening to their thoughts and ideas and helping make that vision come to life. Back in September, Kylie's FIRST senior session was all about the city- she loves cityscapes and everything urban so we loaded up and went to Houston for her first shoot and that was amazing (see that blog further down in the blog section!). For this second shoot, this was all about the high school memories of cheer, graduation gowns and celebrating Kylie's acceptance into LSU! I remembered a particular wildflower field from a few years back and back then it was solid yellow flowers which would go well with the gold 'hand chair' and LSU accent colors....when we arrived we were super excited to see purple and white flowers mixed in the yellow. There couldn't have been a more perfect timing to this 'secret jackpot'! I'm OBSESSEDDDDDD with this session! The outfits are EVERYTHINGGGGG! While we shot around the stadium, Brittany set up a 'wardrobe' of memories- they have saved everything from Kylie's cheer days! Tiny cheer shoes, little cheer outfits ....all sizes in between then and now. It was quite emotional for both of them to stand back and look at it all. I am so happy to have been a part of helping them preserve their memories and creating a gallery they will enjoy for years to come! This day started right smack when the sun was high and it was very windy. We adjusted our lighting needs so the sun was no worry even without shade :) After getting the LSU and cheer/graduation shots, we headed to Goliad missions for a different look and were rewarded with a beautiful evening! Thank you Rozsypal family for coming back to me time and time again for your photography needs!
