We are thrilled to capture Ella's second senior session!  Ella is a Hallettsville 2024 graduate and a force on the softball field.  This session was all about showcasing Ella's softball high school memories, inluding medals and a ring from her teams 2022 3A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!  Adding another achievement to her list - acceptance to the University of Texas!  We had a great time blending her athletic prowess with her excitement for the next chapter, as well as getting some spring casuals!

We shot Ella's first session last summer and that blog is still here on the website, scroll down a ways to see the beautiful dresses Ella wore!  This was my very first time shooting in downtown Hallettsville and I am very pleased with how everything turned out.  We used different light settings depending on the 'scene' to ad some 'edge' - yall know I love edgy lighting, but I also like to tone it down depending on the available light and the location - its aways a recipe 'to taste'!

Ella is also one of my 2024 Senior Inspirers and I certainly have had a great pleasure in spending time with her over the past year with various extra photoshoots that happen with my Senior Inspirer program and giving back to the community in various ways.  Her mother Amy has been such a joy- one of the bonuses in this profession is meeting new people along the way!  

As we wind down the 2024 school year, we still have availability in May!  Did you know we shot a session at 1pm yesterday and at 6pm we were sitting down together for the image reveal in studio?  Thats how quick we can get it done so if there are any procrastinators out there, contact me here on the website for a "senior experience" of your own!
